Update, Apr. 26 | Just four days after releasing this remix, reports are coming in that DJ Rashad (a.k.a. Rashad Harden) has unexpectedly passed away. Although an official statement hasn't yet been given, Detroit's DJ Godfather posted a tweet sharing the news.

DJ Rashad, DJ Spinn and Taso, legendary Chicago footwork pioneers from Teklife, rework "Do My Thang" by Snoop & Dam-Funk from their 7 Days of Funk album. The trio take Snoop and Dam's original modern funk track and flip it, cranking up the BPM and transform the track into a spacious, bass-heavy-house-hitter.
