Steve Arrington is an American singer, songwriter, drummer, record producer, and minister, who grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and performed in the funk group Slave from 1975 to 1982. Arrington's debut solo album was Dancin' in the Key of Life (1985). His debut on Stones Throw was Higher (2013) produced in collaboration with Dam-Funk.
