Everyone now knows that DJ Rels is yet another Madlib alias, but when this single first came out (produced and distributed by the now defunct Goya Records), many thought that DJ Rels was another talented part of the West London scene responsible for the short lived “broken beat” scene. (Maybe that's because it's what we told them.)
