In an effort to promote his debut album The Real Me, Kyle M returns with a surprise visual – The Real Me Show. It marks his return to acting after a brief hiatus, but it’s a return on his own terms.
“First of all, I want to say thank you to those of you who have listened to The Real Me. It means so much,” Kyle M said in a recent Instagram confessional addressing his fans. “Some pretty bad news… the album is not getting the streaming numbers I was hoping for. And I guess I only get paid .003 cents per every stream which really really sucks because I’ve poured a lot of money into this thing and yeah, I thought a lot more people would be listening to it.”
“I’ve decided to return to acting… on my own terms. I have written and shot an entire television show pilot based on the music of The Real Me. I used the very small amount of money I have made from streaming and I’m actually really proud of this thing. I think it’s a unique type of storytelling that we’ve never really seen.”
