Joyce Wrice began to collaborate with Mndsgn and Kay Franklin when she moved to Los Angeles from San Diego in 2014. Her debut EP Stay Around was released earlier this year.
“Rocket Science” is a collaboration with Kay Franklin, who grew up in the Los Angeles music scene watching his grandfather John Barnes and uncle LA Jay work alongside Chaka Khan, Michael Jackson and the Pharcyde.
