2020 VINYL SUBSCRIPTION – NOW CLOSED
We are offering a one-year subscription for all Stones Throw vinyl releases in 2020.
Subscribers will receive every new Stones Throw vinyl released Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2020, shipped as soon as we receive them. This includes single albums, double albums, 12-inch singles, 45s, and box sets.
The price is $333 USD plus a one-time, flat-rate shipping fee. The subscription is a one-time, non-reoccurring fee.
We have new music from Knxwledge, Mild High Club, Kiefer, Mndsgn, Quakers, Benny Sings, Jerry Paper, planned for 2020, along with many others that we aren’t ready to mention yet. We’re expecting 2020 to be one of our busiest release years.
How many records are in the subscription? We don’t yet know the exact number of records we’ll release in 2020. Our first vinyl subscription in 2017 had some 17 records by NxWorries, Tuxedo, Mild High Club, and others. Our 2018 schedule was similar. We had no subscription in 2019. We expect 2020 to be about the same as 2017-2018.
When will new records be delivered? We aim to ship subscribers vinyl as soon as we have records from our pressing plant. In some cases this may be before the official release date. In other cases, vinyl is manufactured and released after street date.
Exclusive vinyl colors? We’ve been doing a limited number of records in special vinyl colors. We have some planned in 2020, and these will be going to our subscribers FIRST.
Are digital downloads included? The subscription is for vinyl only – no digital, tapes or CDs. What vinyl is included in the subscription? All new Stones Throw Records vinyl releases – albums, singles, 45s, and vinyl box sets.
The subscription does not include releases by other labels, back catalog re-issues, tapes, CDs, slipmats, or merch.
