7-inch Stones Throw STH7004

Description: “Hittin' Hooks” is Quasimoto's response to Biz Markie's “Pickin' Boogers” - because Quas prefers hooks to boogs.  Side B, Madlib's fantastic remix of “Microphone Mathematics”, was re-released on Peanut Butter Wolf's Jukebox 45s.

This record was quickly sold out in early 1999 and remains one of Stones Throw's hardest-to-find 45s.

A repress of this 7-inch, minus the sleeve, has been included within the LP release of Quasimoto's Yessir Whatever.
