“Dreams” b/w “Rooms” is Bryant K’s second 45 for Stones Throw, exactly 10 years after “Daisies Grow.” On these new tracks he’s teamed up with jazz keyboardist Dylan Maida from New York, and the pairing brings what Bryant refers to as “springtime in the park gang banger love ballads.” The guys draw inspiration from Stevie Wonder, Rotary Connection, Ramsey Lewis, and Vince Guaraldi.
