PB WOLF, GARY WILSON, KOUSHIK & SA RA ARE: THE STONES THROW SINGERS "Rain of Earth" by The Stones Throw Singers appears on "Dimension Mix", a tribute to Bruce Haack, just released on Eenie Meenie Records. PBWolf is on lead vocals, with backing vocals by Koushik and Sa Ra. Instruments were played by Gary Wilson, Koushik, and PBW. Proceeds of the CD are to benefit Autism Charities. A video for the track will follow later this Fall. Dimension Mix is a tribute to Dimension 5 Records, formed in 1962 by
electronic music pioneer Bruce Haack and Esther Nelson. Bruce Haack is
possibly best known for his album "The Electric Lucifer" (Columbia
1970), an unclassifiable recording made with homemade synthesizers, Moog,
and electronically altered voices. |
