Dec. 8, 2007 - Madlib, Karriem Riggins, and J.Rocc arrive in UK to perform at All Tomorrow's Parties at the request of Portishead. They will perform under the name Madlib's Medicine Show. First, a jam session at the Heliocentrics studio with Madlib, J.Rocc, Karriem, Malcolm Catto, Jake (bass) and Ade (guitar). Madlib, Malcolm and Karriem alternated on the drums. Malcolm in the middle. Here are some photos from the ATP festival at Minehead, a small seaside village outside of Bristol. The "Holiday Center" they hold these festivals is insane... Imagine a Chuck E Cheese on steroids. J.Rocc opened up, and, at one point, I literally saw people running to catch his set, from one side of this big tented structure to the other.
