Stones Throw has been putting out records for 20 years. This year seemed like as good a time as any to put them all together.

We've created a 24 x 36 inch poster (60 x 90 cm) containing every Stones Throw record cover. They're in chronological order, more or less, 1996-present. The only one here that doesn't have a cover is our first – Charizma & Peanut Butter Wolf's “My World Premiere” 12-inch. And the last few are forthcoming records, titles we haven't yet released, or even announced.

Altogether there's over 250 covers. About half were designed by Jeff Jank, frequently in collaboration with photographers and illustrators: Eric Coleman, B+, Joao Canziani, Jason Jagel, Gustavo Eandi, and many others. Some of the early sleeves are by MC Ill, Rich One, Doze Green, Doug Cunningham, Keith Griego, and Declaime. Middle and recent year designers and illustrators include Matt Rowland, Radek Drutis, Keith Tamashiro, Stephen Serrato, Jacob Escobedo, Parra, James Pants, Lewis Heriz, and Andrew Gura. A few more recent credits include Freddy Anzures, Lawrence "Raw Dawg" Hubbard, Ron Rege Jr, Will Pesta, Erika Moreira and Mike Pargas. Many of the musicians created their own album covers. Most of all, these were all made with some level of collaborative effort that involved push and pull, revisions, missed deadlines, panic, and good times with many others who are not named in this short list.
