Seems like my favorite music videos through the years (as well as the ones that get the best reaction when I VJ for a crowd) are the ones that use green screen. From Fat Boys'-"Stick Em" to Techotronic's-"Pump Up the Jam" to Nenah Cherry's-"Buffalo Stance", a zany green screen video could take a song to the next level. Green screen videos did a perfect job of getting M.I.A.'s wild point across with "Galang" and "Boyz". For those who don't know what green screen is, check out all of those videos!

People who know me, know I like to do themed mix CDs. In keeping with the themed idea, I decided I'd work on a "Green Screen" mix DVD. Jank asked me if I could do a 10 minute podcast mix to broadcast on the site, so figured I'd go with the concept for this too. I picked 10 of my favorite green screen videos that seemed to work together well. Some are funky and some are quirky. Some scary and others sappy. All are videos filmed on GREEN SCREEN!
