EPs 6-7 were fantastic. Really disliked the finale. Felt super rushed... And *SPOILER* how they died at the end was some BS, you really think two guys with that much life experience would make mistakes like that..? I mean Frank has been a gangster all his life, I find it hard to see him putting himself in that position... he wouldn't be that bone headed not to mention the dude who asked for the suit (out of no where!) was half his size so why'd he even want the fucking thing to begin with? Ohhh cause we need to kill Frank, right. Ray on the other hand was plausible, that is until you take in to consideration the money he had sitting in his car... Plus the fact he's a detective, he would know they'd be all over that school. I just couldn't see either of them going out the way they did given their character progression and stories thus far. As soon as Ray turned off the freeway I was like 'well... He's done...' To me it seemed like some weak ass excuses to kill them off for dramatical effect when essential neither of them had any real reason to go.
Alright so these last episodes of True Detective were awesome. Too bad the season started as slowly as it did.
So yeah. Not a fan of the final. But 6-7 were some good watching.
