Well I have a whole bunch of open vinyl that I don't really use much anymore (Traktor 3)...and I don't want to sell them on ebay. I wanted to keep them as collectibles for my own sake but I was wondering if there was a way to reseal the plastic on them. Are there any national retailers that specialize in that or am I shit out of luck?

If you're thinking that sealing them will make them last longer or something, don't waste your time. This is vinyl, not leftovers.

If you seal them and they get too hot the shrink will warp the shit out of them.

Literally LOL

I would suggest some good poly sleeves. If you want them sealed (hopefully just to protect not to re-sell as new) I would suggest looking for polys that are a little bigger than the usuals (maybe 13"s) and just fold the excess over and tape it. Or look at what I found here.
