For all of you who have no idea what i'm talking about, it's the new album from Diverse, who released the album One A.M. back in 2003 which was pretty sweet, with a great guest line-up: Vast Aire, Jean Grae and Lyrics Born on the mic and beats by: Madlib, RJD2, Prefuse73 and K Kruz..

anyway enough history lesson; his new album is comming out, it's called Roundabout and should come out this fall..
check out the mixtape below, and check his site for more info..

hope more of you enjoyed his previous album and are as hyped for it as i am..

Nice, haven't listened to One A.M. for a long time, but I remember there being some really good tracks on there. Diverse always reminded me of Talib a little, but no one else ever seemed to agree with the comparison. Production credits sound promising: Sa-Ra Creative Partners, Madlib, J-Dilla, Hezekiah, Oh-No, and K-Kruz

CO-SIGN!!!

Been waiting for something like this, I was almost sure he went flat broke when he had to pay Madlib, RJD2, Prefuse 73 and so on for the last album! :(

I remember being so excited about One AM. He has all my high school favorites on there. Madlib, Prefuse, RJD2, Vast Aire, Lyrics Born... Then I never heard from him again. Nice to see he's back!

Is that a track off of One A.M.? There isn't a track with that title, on that album, there is a track called Leaving that has a line where he says/sings, "spiraling down, down". That track's produced by Prefuse 73. Can't think of any other tracks where he talks about rain, but haven't listened to the album in a while,

Goooood Call! I was just thinking about him. Thought he was in Guantanomo or something. He is ill as hell. One of the best new MCs out right now.

Still no news about this from the label except that it'll obviously not be released fall 2007?

I just signed up to say I wish Round About was out there in the world. I hope Stones Throw can help make that happen.
