i was at that party... the crowd was a lil crazy... when house shoes dropped McNasty the crowd lost it....

shoes was pretty good. tip was the real highlight. many unreleased joints that i have never heard before. i remember one track where it was just a steady bass line no kick hust a snare with dilla ryhming on it. My only critique about tip was that he was playin too damn loud.. 3:30 a.m. half the club is empty and the set was bleeding my ears... other than that it was just an unreleased full on dilla set.. Tip took honors ...

anyone else @ element that night?

/\ Nah, but I can imagine how glad you were to be there,

Househoes is very Dope on the wheels! I'm from Detroit, and so before 'Shoes moved from "Detroit-to-L.A.", he used to bless us everyday of the week throughout the various club spots, with fully unreleased Dilla sets(ofcourse other shit too, but mostly), like it was almost normal for us in The D, I kinda took those unreleased joints for granted. Shoes come back to TheD man, psyche! Do your thing 'Shoes, hold it down for Dilla & Detroit, show 'em what we got, and how it's done right
