I thought Pete Marriott is a pro whose chapter in the book of hip hop was worth a page or two? You're not fooling me petey

Can anyone tell me how can block this lunatic fuck boy Grifty? His obsessive man love for Pete Marriott got him insane in the membrane and I don't want anything to do with that.

Here's the progression of beat making.

1.Buy sampler
2.wheres the 'make black milk beats' button?
3.spend a week making one track
4.think it's the best beat ever made
5.realise it's garbage
6.repeat steps 3-6 for a few months
7.think "its because my mix is bad"
8.spend heaps of money on extra equiptment you don't need, get 1000 plug-ins you don't need.
9.overcompess, over eq and over limit everything you make
10.make your trashy beats even louder
11.repeat steps 7-9 for a few months more
12.realise it's actually because your beats were trash to begin with
13.aha moment: learn to actually study beat makers you like, learn about rhythm, drum patterns, chop selections, sample selection, micro chops, layering, simplicity, actually learn how to mix and use the tools properly.
14.make slightly better trash.
15. Repeat steps 3-14 for a few years until you learn enough to get out of your own head.
16. Make fire

Hope that helps.

haha i love this!
