Yeah I know this is mad quick but this track just makes me all giddy inside. Madlib done come a long way. Beat is......insane.

The beat in that WFTV track is on some innovative minimalist shit. But it's pretty just a commercial for his Youtube channel, which is admittedly kinda lame. Cadillacs is a better song but I like this new joint conceptually.

 

But I just find it funny that Madlib made two tracks with Snoop that are like wayyyy better than any other shit he's put out recently. The question now is how long til we start hearing Wocka Flocka Flame over Madlib beats?

You should listen to Rock Konducta because it's better than any instrumental he's put out since the Africa record on Madlib Medicine Show.  And listen to Pinata because it's definitely the best rap album he's been on in many years.  2013 is the best Madlib in a while.

I havent been a fan of snoop's music since doggystyle but he has been coming out on some cool records recently (flylo, souls of mischief, 7 days)
