Shiiiiiit. Muhfuckas.

At James Frank, if you were a real player you would play through the pain.

At Sunny, sweet. Any links? Would love to check out a gourmet doughnut shop. What kind of flavours you dealing with there? Got a favoutite??

At Soul, yah, you are probably right. Bro King wasn't for the children, he was for our entertainment. RIP

Our Facebook is the best place to see what we're doing but you can also check us out on our Glazed & Confuzed website. Basically what the chef is trying to do is change the whole doughnut game out here.He told me his whole concept is to bring savory to the doughnut industry because everyone else is all about making their product as sweet as possible. We use all natural and organic ingredients for everything we make, there isn't anything in our store which is just a prepackaged mix. And coming from your regular run of the mill donut spot I've learned that basically everyone else is just ordering huge bags of mixes, adding water, frying in the shittest shortening they can find and then feeding that to the masses. Our dough is not as loaded with sugar as most spots so because its not so sweet we're able to do a lot of flavor combining; basically we use the doughnut itself as a base to do a whole lot of crazy shit with the glazes and toppings. Our most popular one is what we call the Breakfast of Champz, its a raised yeast doughnut with maple and bacon infused glaze and two strips of bacon resting on top. We have one that basically tastes and looks just like one of those Samoa cookies that the Girl Scouts sell. The chef is constantly coming up with new shit though so we've only just begun. The other day he had me hand press ginger for about an hour then I zested a whole bunch of grapefruits, we infused both into a glaze and then we top it with candied pumpkin seeds. Another great one is our Root Beer Float; I make a vanilla custard that fills a doughnut that has a Root Beer infused glaze on top; it is fucking amazing. I honestly can't name a favorite though because everything we make is so goddamn delicious.

The school holidays mean my kids are at home all the time, which means less time for me to look after the veggie/herb garden and the livestock, I'm having to loads of that in the evening, not getting enough sleep and not getting enough stmb. Roll on september for the return to school and a little peace and quiet at home.

I may have shorted my keyboard drooling over those donuts though. Where I live the only donuts available are pre-packed things which make a used bath sponge seem tasty. Not sure how I'm going to live the rest of my life without trying a Breakfast of Champz. How hard can it be to make donuts like that at home? Any specialist frying equipment needed? Do I have to use special donut flour? I am intruiged.

James is a classic, learn to type with your feet man !! :P , do your hand ballet stretches, I bet your not if it's hurting so much, got to look after it holmes !, I honestly think it's a deadzone as there's nothing really to say, as it's a getting ready period, or major life changes occur this time of year holidays etc.

Geech has been cheating on his woman with a mexican chick but it cost too damn much and its taking him away from his regular activities plus tension at work leads him to just go home work out, eat, and lay down (oh yeah geech has a son also) he often comes to the boards and complains about how dead it is himself, sadly all he wants to talk about is Madlib... or projects involving him that havent came out yet... so hes most likely a part of the problem not the solution! we need broking back!!!!!!!!

Geech!
