Lentiles, brown rice, advacado, and a brocolli and cauliflower mix i make with olive oil n seasonings, i love meat but im noticing it slows me down mentally, physically, and ruins my life. I just do meat a few times a month now, i love it but unlike most people I listen to my body! I also love pumpkin seeds, almonds, n pecans... eating more from the earth nowadays i feel better!!!!!

Some chefs up in this. Itch for sure. Momzi taught me how to cook. Now couple it with watching countless food shows, I am pretty bad ass in the kitchen. Looking for a great knife set as I tend to buy whole chickens and use bits and pieces thru the week, unless I do a whole roast.

Mm.
Butter.

Here's the best advice I ever got for cooking meats, from Chef Ramsey, use BUTTER DONKEY! Baste that shit real good after searing.

Its amazing how vital butter is to a good piece of meat. Also fromChef Ramsey, when I roast a chicken now, I slide in two lobes of butter, under the skin, over the breast. FUCk! That makes it taste great. Super succulent.

haha who knew beans on toast would cause such a storm, its usually eaten as  snack every once in awhile not as a main meal (unless you have no money in which case it becomes a staple)

Flip the chicken over and make a cut on the bottom of both legs, and shove a clove of garlic in each one, draws all the toxins out of the meat, and makes it taste amazing.

Quesadillas! A food so great it even has Dilla in its name! One with eggs for breakfast, one with beans for lunch, one with beef, chicken or fish for dinner. Also I chop up some fresh veggies and add them to salsa to go with it.

My boss is originally from SF and he was telling me about Gilroy's Garlic Festival the other day. I was like 'I wonder if Grifty is down with the fest?' You get any garlic ice cream?

Meanwhile, I ate her whole ass.
