- why didn't Kanye West use any of your beats on that one project 3 years ago?

I remember reading on the web that "OTIS" was a Madlib track that was re-cut and re-edited. Seeing that it is known information that Kanye did buy a few Madlib beats, it is plausible for Kanye to take the producing credit. I have been meaning to bring this to the great minds of STMB.

Addition to the interview questions:

So you don't play wind instruments... yeah?...OK...Then who were the other players on the Yesterday's Universe album?

I'd ask him how he'd feel about someone sampling his original jazz stuff to make some hip hop

Would he get mad? (Unlikely I guess). Only if it were shit music maybe?

I can't think of anything that I would want to ask him, but I would love to hang with him for a day and film him in the studio. Do something like a day in the life of the Beat Konducta or something.

Do you actively make some crap beats just to see if people like it

What did Dilla teach you ( choke hold with a knife he ain't getting out the room until answered)

You've heard Dilla's jazz album, when are we going to get to, are we ever

When your done making beats you ever thought about teaching your craft

Would you sue someone that samples the live stuff you've done

What would you do if you went deaf

Who would you say laid the roots down for the L.A beat scene, have you heard of Anticon

Are you one for guiding beat makers with inside tips and knowledge or do you play your cards close to your chest

Why don't you jump in on the Stonesthrow Beat Battles

If you could bring anyone back to life who would it be, and they would be your responsibility as they would be physically handicapped

And to top it all off who are your top 3 drummers, and do you raise your heel off the floor when using the kick drum

Oh and sorry fella!!! forgot to say for your whole fan-base's behalf, please stop telling us what your doing because it's got stale, it never happens or you do the complete opposite, just announce stuff you have actually done, it helps the marketing of one's self

And can you release the Madvillain acapella's as your blatantly not going to do a second one, it would be much appreciated ( I have his family kidnapped and set in concrete boots at a river, I'd be showing him footage by phone)

And lastly:
No need to sweat holmes coffee or tea, do you take sugar, oh and skin up that was my last bit of bud I shared with you

^ There is nothing but pure speculation to back up the claim that Kayne bought 'Get Ya Money Right'; if there is actual evidence of that transaction taking place I've yet to see or hear it.

Slum Village used it originally on that Village Manifesto EP after the Strong Arm Steady version came out and when asked while it got pulled off the EP right away, ST Bot or JJ said someone else bought it, it was right around the the time he was working with Ye and someone else on the board, might of been lying said that Ye bought it also

Given that the beat hasn't been used, it could be simply for something that's unreleased (Maybe DOOM sounded badass over it?? etc)
