I recently started practicing and studying meditation as I feel it is beneficial for my everyday life and creativity, and was wondering if any of you also practice mediation. I'd like to hear how mediation has effected your life. Also if you could recommend some good mediation music it would be greatly appreciated.

i tried to get into it but my son kept fkin wit me but when im depressed i always throw this in and just close my eyes

I try to meditate at least once a week or every two weeks. You really have to make time for it and also be in the right frame of mind.

I use this series of records:

Pretty easy to find, I see them all the time at the goodwills and thrift shops.

So what do you guys think about techniques like visualization, affirmations, and mantras
