@ stan steez - there is a russian site wich seems to connects directly to the soundcloud servers and makes EVERY!!! sound downloadable! Even if you delete in on your site- they still have it: So if you make am private I don't really know if it works!

@Enzo thanks for the tip man. I forwarded it to the label. they're not too happy with this but unfortunately little we can do..
Here's the response i got:
Not a thing we can do if located in Russia. In fact due to the DMCA law there isn't much we can do if in the USA. The law screws the copyright owner.
For example if I was to issue a take down via formal complaint the site could simply state they are the copyright owner and my complaint would be declined unless I was to issue a format court order. That court order can cost at least $2000.00--per track and per site. I gave up on piracy since there is no way to win without spending more money than what its worth.
