There's s supposed to be a lot of stuff that was recorded that wasn't released. Some people have heard it and suggested the tracks are actually better than the two albums the Ummah put out for Tribe. Has any of this ever leaked to the net? I'm guessing not, because I've never heard about it. Would be nice if the nazis at Jive could put something like that out in an archives collection or something.

ummah untitled project?

http://music.douban....ubject/3609666/

don't know why this is all i can find about it from a simple google search, but i have it (as i'm sure many others on here do) and always thought it was fairly common as far as 'unreleased/bootlegged albums posted on the internet' are concerned, but i'm having a hard time bringing up stuff on it right now, maybe i have the title wrong??

The way this was described it didn't sound like b-sides, the Ummah side project, or stuff that was done for the NFL or whatever.

Thanks for the info on those other releases though. Even Importcds.com doesn't have an entry for "Lost Tribes," which is really odd since the site has definitely been around since 2006.

From the way it was described, it was made to sound like this stuff predates Beats, Rhymes and Life. I don't know how much truth there is to it, but this is one of the things that I heard about years ago from people that sounded like they knew what they were talking about.
