Is that abomination not meaning abonimation but abonimation meaning good?

For the record that "Django!!" Chant is a bit much IMO. I am leaning towards warm coal, than hot fire.

I'd like to hear someone make a beat using this:

I think it is technically good, just seems too technical.

Thats all Im sayin. However, Django, rhymes with Mango so...

edit.
On second thought after a better listen. Its sound. Mango is down.

Everything, in my opinion sounds perfect. You are not doing unquantized shit that sounds way off. You are obviously a skilled beat smith but for me, it just was not funky enough. Not dirty, or grimy enough. It, to me is just to clean, too perfect. So, I dont like that. More over, the pitch of the notes dont sit in that melodic groove I tend to graviate to. Just my opinion.

@shakey finch

i think, as long as u feel the beat doesnt matter if its quantized or not. for this one i only quantized the first kick and the snares. there are no xtra hats in there anyway. all in the sample.

No, quantifying is cool, for sure, that unquantified shit can be unbearable if not done right. I just saying the track's technicality outweighs its funk in my opinion. Solid doe.
