nah, moka has a ton of albums, canadian madlib of sorts, i got into him through the 'lowdown suite 2' album, lotta nice tracks on that, not all instrumental, but i think you'd dig it

EDIT: also the first three 'airport' albums all have some good shit on them, haven't heard any of the newer volumes so i can't speak on those

I only find "Johnson family vacation-in Mexico" is that the one?

Yes, that's the one.

It's hard to say cause Madlib really doesn't even have any peers. Kan Kick is definitely as close as it gets, and Karriem Riggins satisfies the same kind of thing for me.

Some underground producers who're really dope in a similar but more futuristic way are Shatter Hands, Raj Mahal & Roger Beattaker. I'm assuming you already know Apollo Brown & Nujabes, Nujabes varies from some kind of unrelated really light hip hop stuff to some of the most ambitious jazz-hip hop stuff of his time.

Oh yeah and Ras G - YES. Jurmainson put it great - it's if Madlib was doing very electronic music.

There`s some up-and-comers like Marley Marl, Prince Paul, Large Professor, DJ Premier and RZA that kinda sound like Madlib. Hopefully one day they`ll be on Madlib`s level and as well recognized and respected as he is.

I'm not sure who produced this beat for Lil B, but it sounds very much like a beat Madlib would make.

It has that hazy sound to it, with the distinctive vocal sample.

Here's another one from Lil B, i'm not sure who the producer is again.

This one's got that disjointed looped up sound to it.

Dibiase definitely has the Madlib feel via Beat Konducta 1&2 & possibly even Madvillainy

Dibiase sounds a lot more like J Dilla than Madlib.
