madlib-ish beats?

Hi, I would like to know if there are other producers doing madlibish beats, i mean beats which are sometimes composed of two or three "minibeats", do you know what i mean?. I would like to know if you know any beats like these not made by Madlib. Thank you.

Yup, in fact i listened Flylo first, then all of the new beat heads, now i'm going to the roots of the "nu beat scene". Though the only one I heard using this "two-or-three-beats-in-a-beat" trick (somehow) was Dem Hunger.

I'll listen to Kankick, any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks again.

I totally forgot about Ras G.

Ras G is almost litterally what Madlib would sound like if he went the Electronic route. I swear Ras G is channeling Madlib at points.

I know, but i mean beats which are 2 or 3 beats one after one like "crate digga station", madvillain's "do not fire" or many of Quas' beats

Will check all of those. Knx's beat 9 of Klemintine taype is a perfect example of what i mean.

Yeah! Ras is Great!

As i said before thanks for all suggestions, if you know specific beats (of any beatmaker) using this trick that would do for me too.

Most obviously Id point you towards Kankick but the two grew up together so its not much of a suprise really! But otherwise...errr Dibiase

I realize a whole bunch of folks who do beats on here would probably be just as eligible for this but I get called madlib-ish all the time. Here's how I flip it: http://mawone.bandcamp.com/

Not even trying to go all promo or nothin. Kankick and Ras G are very good suggestions. I would also throw in Moka Only's instrumental stuff. Check out the Station Agent or pretty much any of the Martian Xmas albums. A lot of stuff gets crammed into singular tracks on there.

I only find "Johnson family vacation-in Mexico" is that the one?

I looked for it but find little to none instros made by Moka Only, are his instros unreleased yet?.BTW I'll check your stuff too :)
