I've been listening to the "Goin' Hard" 12" a lot lately and it made me wonder what's happening with the Steve Arrington/Dam-Funk record. Have there been any updates? JJ and ST Bot, can you give as a scoop?

I kind of wonder if this project just sizzled away. We have talk of D-F working on/releasing a new record but not a peep about Steve. I remember some people on the board were thinking the sound of the two of them together seemed a bit odd. I've enjoyed a couple of the joints that were put out so I wouldn't mind knowing if this project will ever see the light of day.

Last I heard, the album is no longer being produced exclusively by Dam. Steve is doing some stuff on his own, as well as working with other producers (most likely Madlib.)

Also, this is amazing.
