I saw two guys today(middle age men...around 45 or 50) with hightop fades. (or a box if you will) As I laughed to myself I wondered...."Man, this should come back."

Are middle aged men and a few cats down south (heh) foreseeing something? Are they fashion geniuses or just some stuck in 92'?

I think I'm going to do a documentary.

The High Top Fade will come back if the right people pop up with one. Kinda like when Puff got a mohawk, people started rockin' em again.

Off Topic. What if Commercial Hip Hop turned into this in like 10-15 years? No more beef. Everybody gettin' along 'n shit.

50!!! Now if this is how he actually looked, then I'd buy his albums.

I think it all depends on what the Fade rockers are wearing below their neck. But the Fade shouldn't be Kid N' Play high.

Well, that's just lame. A little higher.

I'm looking at this photo below and I'm thinking... can what you're wearing below the neck make this look cool?

Maybe. Yeah. I think so.

I just saw a kid with a flat top tonight, it was amazing!

I used to have one when I was a kid, my hair was so straight though it was almot impossible to stick up!

It's already back, but in a low key way. Spiked hair from the 80's made it's reprise. That lasted for a bit in the early 00's. High tops. Most definetly. Just a matter of time until a big dude rocks it.

Anything that's 80's is back. I put money on it! The question is, would I rock the 80's style? Probably not.

:) what about him though?....Posted ImagePosted Image

The "High-Top Fade" doesn't seem to be poised or practical enough to make a comeback in my opinion, only a select few could get away with rockin a high top fade{hipsters, extra cool people, entertainers, etc.}

What about the "Mr. Me Too" guy rockin the "Gumby" version of the High Top Fade in The Clipse's video for the song "Mr. Me Too" with Pharell though, did ya'll peep the foreshadowing of the high top fade's comback then? Video here :
