Okay, let's see..

Sample provided below! i liked the idea from last week so i also threw in 2 rich tracks where i think everyone can find some dope chops he or she likes.

  • Flip the sample and make a beat (see below for Production Rules)
  • Production rules:
  • 2:30 time limit
  • BOTH SAMPLES MUST BE USED & MIXED (you can of course have more parts in your beat but the samples must mix) !!
  • outside drums and bass are allowed
  • OUTSIDE KEYS SYNTHS ARE NOT ALLOWED AGAIN (there's so much synth in the sample you WILL find some cheese i promise)
  • no acapellas
  • vocal samples/skits are allowed
  • cuts/scratches are permitted

first part is from a regional band, they make some kind of "powerfolk" (at least that's what they describe their music..) and i find it interesting because there is polyphonic singing, contrabass and lots of minor chords, i like that combination.

on another note if anyone struggled on the sample maybe i can add some strength on your drums...
