There is a 12" for their new album up at Fatbeats.com and ughh that's listed as having a Dilla beat. No sound snippets up yet. Anybody hear this track? Is the beat from Donuts?

they have 3 lp's

galleries

sophmore jinx

and pangea

each one has its share of dopeness

not every track is super dope

but it seems like they really try --
and when the shit lines up right for them and it hits
it hits real good

i really like economic food chain music by LMNO

all of the beats are done by Oh No

alot of people don't like his flow

it is a little awkward at times
but to me, thats what makes him interesting

Visionaires definatly got some classic shit, I'm gonna be checkin for their new shit too. I've been checkin for them every since I got this Rhetmattic cassette from a Dilated show at the house of Blues I went to a while back. Speakin of which that Beatjunkies Double C.D. with Rhettmatic remains a serious classic to this day, Peace.

Visionaries are my favorite crew-----2Mex, LMNO, Key Kool, Zen, Dannu, & Rhett.....I mean, DAMN!!!!

Of course, I'm probably a bit biased since I'm the only person here in Michigan that's part of UpAbove's street team......

Positivity, Ill beats--That's my 'ish there. Already got 3 tracks off the new album...HOTNESS. Already pre-ordered it & I'll be getting it a week or two in advance. Once I cop it I'll post up my review.

PACE.

Yeah the beat has never been on anything before it's a beat Dilla did along time ago.

Buy the Visionaries new single with "In the Good" prod by James Alsander & "Allright" prod. by Dilla

The Visionaries now bring forth their most potent work on the aptly titled We Are The Ones (weve been waiting for). With a sharpened focus and revitalized approach, this album is their most personal and powerful piece to date, laced with confessional narratives, brutally honest reflections and self-discoveries backed by the trademark uplifting Visionaries sound. Features bangin production from Visionaries producers KeyKool & DJ Rhettmatic, along with guest production from the late great Jay Dee aka J Dilla, Kev Brown, J-Rocc (Beat Junkies), DJ Khalil, Madlib, Polyhedron, and James Alsander. Other special guests include DJ Shorkut (Beat Junkies/Triple Threat), and an epic posse cut with legendary MCs: Sadat X (Brand Nubian), Brother J (X Clan), Rakaa Iriscience (Dilated Peoples), RBX (Tha Dogg Pound), and YZ . Pushing forward onto the vanguard of hip-hops life affirming counter-movement, this L.A. based unit has been on the grind for over a decade now, and were recently inducted into the Universal Zulu Nation for their positive impact and contribution to the culture. The groups six members (LMNO, 2Mex, Lord Zen, Dannu, KeyKool, & DJ Rhettmatic), have released over twenty projects, including three full-length group albums on Up Above Records, Galleries (1997), Sophomore Jinx (2001), and "Pangea"(2004).

I already don't think you got a problem.....

I don't have some bootleg from the internet got my shit from....ah never mind you wouldn't believe me. Don't worry about what I have. I know it's more than you will ever see I may be wrong on the exact volume but it is off of a Dilla Beat C.D.....that was the name of series "Dilla Beats"......dilla dilla beats beats beats...Same shit where De La Soul got Shoomp and Much More....that's why there is the sample saying "dilla dilla beats beats"..I'm not here to argue with you about who's better. I'm gonna respect the legend and leave this as it is.

First of all I don't matter where you got yours from cause it's irrelevant unless your just trying to brag that you got yours from Dilla or whatever everybody knows everybody it's small community in this hip hop world shit we probably know the same peeps. I'm just sayin get your facts straight cause you said Beat Tape #3 that's my point and that Beat Tape #3 came out in 05' and Dilla did that Visionaries beat before '05. I know because Dilla told Nazareth that it was over a year old but if he wanted it was his.

some standouts in my humble opinion......
Crop Circles, This Here, Smash Music..........Of course All Right with the divine Dilla product, & as mentioned Need to Learn---ILL posse cut with the dope 'Lib product. I love the whole damn thing, really.

Got mine early last week Monday & hooked up a satchel of trees, then proceeded to take the rest of the week off of work. Life can be good sometimes, nah'mean?????
