regarding whether it or any subsequent Madvillain albums will ever see the light of day:

Reports that say there's -- that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things that we know that we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.

'Known Unknowns' should be the title.

I slept on this one for awhile, but man it is cool to hear such a classic in a new way...

Some of the beats on the Remix album, like Sermon, is what holds it up.

The remixed version of Good Day is superior.

disappointing, thought this was going to have new DOOM production...That being said, I think will all forget how much DOOM has already put out; his legacy is already secured.

Hmm, wonder if this album will be like that Masta Ace record with all those old special herbs beats. While the production old/boring for those of us wanting to hear some new stuff, I thought Ace made it a nice record

Let's not be hasty though. It's been said that there would be a couple old beats on there. Also been said there would be plenty new ones too. I'm mainly disappointed in Nehru's mostly boring verse.

It would be a perfect/classic Villain move to have been lying to us about it not being special herbs beats though.

^ I would love if that were true, but honestly I have a hard time believing that the lead single is the only recycled beat off an album of all new shit. Like no one was smart enough to be like, 'Since DOOM's entire fan base is expecting old beats lets make sure they go out and cop this shit by proving there's some new stuff with our lead single/video.'

On second thought, since this is LEX we're talking about, there probably wasn't anyone smart enough to think that...

wow, I'm really digging JJ DOOM. About 70% of it is awesome in my book.

unexpected guests = cashgrab = not worth your time. if you're a big fan anyway you'll probably already have most of the good joints off there.

JJ DOOM = incredible dependent on your ability to get into JJ's beats. I still say there's no arguing with any of DOOM's verses.

Born Like This? masterpiece!!!
