Yeah he's really dope. I don't know if y'all heard that he's doing on an album with Bishop Lamont called "Caltroit". (Bishop Lamont mentions it in this interview: http://www.allhiphop...atures/?ID=1709 )

Wasn't sure which thread to bump, but this one seems proper.

Black Milk did a Rhythm Roulette session. Dude blows my mind.

Definitely underrated and under-talked about. He's one artist for sure that I'm constantly surprised isn't bigger than he is.

I've always liked his early work and his productions on The Preface and Random Axe are excellent. I stopped listening to him around the time Album of the Year dropped because I just couldn't handle that drummer he started utilizing.

i always thought Album of the Year was a pretty obtuse title...which made it even funnier when it clearly wasn't even considered at the end of that year.

i will admit though, that Black and Brown! EP was a monster when it first came out. i still dig some of those tracks today.

I think Album of the Year is still his best work yet. Thought his work before that sounded just a little too 'flat'.

The hottest track didn't even make the album. I don't know if he just didn't get it made in time or what, but it's an iTunes bonus track with this beautiful Sylvia Robinson sample

Yessir.

Didn't really give it a lot of play except for "Sunday's Best" though. Absolutely loved that one, had that on constant repeat for a while. Great song to walk to.
