Other than him working with MF DOOM, has anyone heard his individual works?

He seems like one of the most best best yet also underrated MCs out there. Dwight Spitz, Art for Sale, pretty good LPs. Anyone else?

Dwight Spitz is one of my favorite albums.
All of his albums are good, in my opinion.
And I thought L7 was crazy.

I hope he puts out something new soon. I was waiting for him to collab with Jneiro Jarel. Not sure if they're still planning anything.
I also remember something about him doing a jazz album...?

Aside from a few songs here and there I haven't liked much from him since Begborrowsteel, and I've listened to every release. Although that Promises album posted above has some nice production/instrumentals from duke.

Sorry to bump this from the grave but did anyone get the repress of dwight Spitz? I had been looking for that for a long time. It was overpriced but I got it and the cassette version for $20. Very happy.

I was intrigued w/ the vinyl bonus tracks until I saw they were from BBS. I have the og Dwight Spitz vinyl and BBS so I passed. Staying away from the cassette fad...

I don't care about the cassette fad either but I ordered within the first 300 to get it. I don't have a cassette player. Anyway I didn't have the vinyl, Very happy to get that. Count bass d is one of my favorites so I'm trying to get most of what has been pressed.

Tempted to pull the trigger on the Dwight Spitz reissue.  Love vinyl editions and all but collecting can sure get expensive.  Still money well spent I suppose . . . one could have other, actually damaging, vices.

Edit: Actually met him along w/ Blueprint at Propaganda (a Lake Worth, FL venue) some time in 2014 I believe.  Didn't know anything about him other than the DOOM feature prior to the show.  He was cool.  All more the reason to support the reissue, presumably putting some cash in his pockets.

yeah i got a copy of the original, i remember it took a long time posted up on discogs/ebay to find a decently priced copy a few years ago. More people should know this album so i guess it's a good thing it got repressed. 20 bucks aint bad compared to the usual 60-80 for an original. I've also got Act Your Waist Size, but yeah this is (unfortunately) still his best album, a definite under appreciated classic.

The bonus tracks are not from Begborrowsteel if that is what you mean by BBS.

26 Snow First, Snow Second, Snow Third (Bonus Track)

=> Some Music Part 2 (Japan and CD only so far, 2004)

27 Nine Years Part 1 (Bonus Track)
28 Nine Years Part 2 (Bonus Track)

29 Real Music vs. Bull$#!+ Part 2 (Bonus Track)

30 Seven Years Bonus Beats (Bonus Track)
31 I'm a Man (Bonus Track)

=> all taken from '9 years'  12"  2004

Copped the reissue. Great mastering and pressing. Even bumped the cassette in the car and it sounds awesome. Very happy!

I got the cassette instead of vinyl even though I think $20 is a good price. For some reason I've been getting an itching for old cassette tapes.

You should have told me. I would have sold the cassette on the cheap. I don't have a cassette player.
