if i wanted to record a sample from a video on youtube what program could i use to record it internally so that there is no outside noise and it is crisp, any help is appreciated

I use Audacity, it's free and open-source. B)

I was just trying that with soundforge and I have no idea how to record sound from a web page...

Can anyone help me out?

wiretap is dope....and easy to use.
