A jazz mix without any label agendas should be a deep insight into Madlib's jazz influences.

I definitely agree - It's not to say that the others weren't worth listening to/ buying but MMS #8 - Advanced Jazz will be the first even number (Mixtape) in the Medicine Show series that I purchase because It'll be really interesting to listen to "Madlib's jazz influences.".....What did you guys think of MMS #7?

I really enjoyed 7, some of Madlib's best jazz tracks on there for sure and I haven't even played my bonus disc yet. Just to give you a heads up though, do not sleep on MMS #6. I actually didn't even think I'd like it when it was announced but it's something you have to have as a Madlib fan. His track selection and mixing skills shine to a very high degree. Once again: DO NOT SLEEP. That being said, I expect great things from Advanced Jazz. I think it's the one I'm most excited about so far.
