Yes, if it's not stored in some nice climate controlled area. I've seen plenty of mint looking sealed LP's only to open them and see that the wax has a lip to it or some bowing on one side. I don't buy sealed copies for the sake of it, really don't have the coins to do so if I wanted. I've known plenty of heads who have though. Usually fall directly into to two groups, first is for wall art the other is strictly for flipping at some point. I guess if I come across a title that's being sold very cheap and is sealed in VG+ shape that I already have and know that value of it, I'd pick it up and flip it, but personally I prefer buying opened LP's, allows me to check the actual condition.

I have them up on a wall right next to my beatmaking set-up.
To me it's the greatest soul album ever created, and I hold it in highest regard. It was pivotal in my teenage years when I discovered it.
For the most part though, if I buy records it's for the intention of listening/sampling, and very very occasionally just to have a certain piece in the collection. Even those "collectibles" end up on the deck here and there.

I wish I had copped a few more Sshh' EP's...I love that one but saddly, I only bought one >_>
Oh I kept another LP sealed:
Motion Man - Pablitos Ways numbered and signed copy. That shit is not rare at all but for the laughs I keep it sealed lol.
I also wished I had kept the Show & AG - The Show & A Experience 2LP sealed, seeing that it fetches some nice prices now

Edit: Looked this joint up on Light in the Attic's website, they got it going for $12, so don't get caught up in that Ebay shenanigans.

would want to play the title track, so would consider buying a reissue copy as well.
