I solved the problem by drinking every night, not so much I'd have a hangover the next day, just enough to give me sleepy eyes... Only thing that worked for me. After three weeks I stopped the drinking and everything was fine, just gave my body time enough to revert to a normal chemical balance...
One year later and I'm still off it, I do miss her greatly though....
*edit - I stopped for the same reasons, it had become a hindrance in all aspects of life...

Gravol - too much will fuck you up.
Boomers - Fun, but state of mind must be chill. EDIT: he was talking about shrooms post. loool
Best bet would be to say fuck it all and make beats to fill that chemical imbalance. That space can always be filled with something more productive and rewarding. props.

Replace sitting on the couch smoking with working out, or some kind of strenuous activity. Then you will sleep well.

if you're out of work, keep regular hours - try sticking to a brutal wake up routine and the rest will fall in place

Yeah but that's your normal activity. I'm saying you need to bump it up a notch. That's the only way.
Maybe you have insomnia. talk to a doctor

I think the insomnia will stop. I once quit for 3 1/2 years from 01' to 05' and had no problems sleeping.
Yes, it does suck not smoking, but I feel great. I have so much more energy and my over all quality of life is much better. I think it was hindering me from a lot in my life.
I encourage any of you habitual smokers out there to try quitting for a week and see how your quality of life improves. Then go from there.

Used to drink coffee, but it has no nutritional value what so ever.
Yerba mate is really good too.
