Hey guys,

probably bad form to make my first post whinin for advice, but i'm well eager to get started beatmaking and show my face at some beat battles...

i'm pretty much just starting, got reaper which i'm getting the hang of, and just got a Korg Nanopad hoping to really get stuff going

but...i just don't know how to use it? I have no idea how to get the two things to interract, how to assign sounds to the scenes, i can't even get the damn thing to register.

Anyone who uses either or something similar got any advice for a total nub?
