The defaut rules are:
- 1 beat per person (2 mins or under)
- Upload a 128kbps 44.1 kHz MP3, not m4a with YOUR NAME in the file name eg 'Gary Glitter - My Gang.mp3'
- outside drums and bass allowed
- no outside keys
- use the sample that is in the drop to make your beat, no outside sample
- vocal cuts/skits are allowed
- don't invite your myspace friends to vote, it's not a popularity contest, and you need to submit a beat or be a member here for at least 2 weeks to vote

SO you should upload your beat to http://drop.io/stmbbattle121 by 23.59 Thursday, June 25th. Voting until 23.59 Friday 26th (all times NYC)

Maxi Midi and Gaurdian Angel are the only ones i havent seen. Possibly theve been on the battles before battle 118 but weve seen the other 3 already.

yeah I think we should continue the rule of no outside samples, but bring back minimal synths/keys like we used to do.

but what the heck, I don't care really, it's all good.
