I thought I heard that they tried to get him to produce a track but he refused. I may be wrong though.

Naw, I don't think Dilla produced a track for N'sync, or else it would've been credited in his Discography (which has every track he's produced.) Oh yeah, i did catch the little shout-out on WELCOME 2 Detroit though.

I remember his mom saying something about Dilla turning them down when they came to his house to find him or something like that.

hahaha! that's great!

although. a dilla beat with that justin timberlake wouldn't be that bad. but that's now. nsync wasn't really that big over here. but as i get it it's backstreet boys with a little bit of hip-hop flavor? i remember that neptunes remix.

Actually, not all the tracks that he produced are in the discography, but to your credit, I never heard of an N'sync track. But i guess if Primo can to christina tracks, then anyone can produce for anyone, as long as the 12" has an instrumental...

Maybe its just me but even with Dilla's humbleness I still feel iffy about working with NSYNC. Even though they are a nice money opportunity and it would have given Dilla the money he deserved while remaining behind the scenes. I did read something that said they contacted Dilla and said they were interested in working with him, but he never answered.

He's so humble I didnt even know he danced in videos...Im still finding out stuff about him and Ive been following him since 96
