Well I gotta say that the thing that made me smile most in '06 was Donuts, the Dilla kind. I think I've listened to it once a day since it's release. That Belle and Sebastian-The Life Pursuit I really enjoyed. Amp Fiddler's 'Afro Strut' was a great 2nd album. Ghost's 'Fishscale' is another I'd put on the list. And definitley J.Rawls 'The Liquid Crystal Project' is on the list as well.

On the screen I enjoyed 'Lucky Number Slevin'; 'Borat...'; 'Thank You For Smoking'; 'Superman Returns'; X-Men 3.

My top TV picks are Miami Ink; Heroes; Lost; The Boondocks and the return of Hilarious House Of Frieghtenstein.

My favourite live show of '06 would be Roy Ayers and The Jazz Fusion Allstars @ The Phoenix. With Holy Fuck/Shout Out Out Out Out @ The Mod Club Theatre coming a close second.

Tiger Beer has consistently been my brand of beer for 2006.

And my fav' pair of shoes that I aquired this year have been my Nike Air Trainer III Mid Premium in Palomino/Ice Blue/Maple.

Favourtie moment of 2006 is Zinadene Zidane head butting Marco Mattarazi in the world cup final.

Oh and I finally got an Ipod this year. Love it!!!

Well the year ain't over and there's still stuff out there like the new Clipse and 007 that I haven't caught and maybe Santa will bring me those Jordan IV's In Military Blue but that's what I got for now.

For me, Dilla killed it with Donuts, perhaps the best album since Midnight Mauraders, that thihng is fire.

shoe wise I picked a pair of black and white Reebok Claasic Runners that are pretty tight, they look super fly with my Cammy Fatigues that I bought.

My favourite shorts are my Old Navy extra long worn in kahki/workman shorts with big pockets on the sides, they look super fly too.

Favourite place to eat continues to be mom's kitchen, 30 years and running.

Favourite TV, I like the South Park, the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer always enlightning/hilarious, Daily Show contiues to be a steady influence, defn a fan.

and coming up with my own new flavours in the studio is always a treat.

I still haven't bought that Liquid Crystal Project and your like the 3rd or 4th person to mention it....I'll write that on the Honey Dew list

My favorite release was prolly ummm

P.U.T.S-Stepfather because I'd been waiting for some new ish by them
El-The Unusual
Sadat X-Black October someone mentioned this album it is good......Then again I'm bias to El and Sadat
J. Timberlake-Future, Love or whatever it' called say what you want that album was dope

I can't think someone name some more and I'll cosign..........

The best shit on television this year was :Flavor of Love 2
Best Week Ever because this cycle of Top Model was wack!

The only movies I loved this year was: X Men-Last Stand
Underworld Evolution

The best shoes to come out this year were shoes I do not own:
The entire powerball line which was were dope, simple, colorways but a dumb release
Clot Air Max 1
re re release of the Mars, Military and Grapes none of which I own or was standing in line to get...

Jordans owned this year

And all I want is: this Marc Jacobs purse that I know I'm not getting but I can still wish for
Cement air max 1's with the turquiose swoosh

Best movies of 2006:

A Scanner Darkly

Best Albums of 2006:

J-Dilla - Donuts
Oh No - Exodus Into Unheard Rhymes
Murs & 9th Wonder - Murray's Revenge

Worst Album of 2006:

Jurassic 5 - Feedback

..otherwise a pretty uneventful year: Doom was pretty quiet after spending the previous two years of dropping shit all over the place, but at least I got to see Madlib for the first time in concert in Chicago, thanks to the Chrome Children tour.
