I'm kind of a retired video game geek, records and dj/production equipment are my video games now. But let me go back for a minute....

Golgo 13 for NES
Toe Jam & Earl for Sega Genesis
The entire Grand Theft Auto franchise from the original on PSone to San Andreas I loved them all.

I know there's more, those are the first that came to mind.

Agreed... though I haven't even played that online yet. Played it split-screen co-op though. I usually only play multi with friends at my own place... the best games for that have been Def Jam Fight for New York and NBA Street Vol. 2 on the xbox.

Pong

Nintendo:
Mario Bros (my myspace is currently an mario bros homage)

Sonic 1 - 3 (OF COURSE!)
Alex Kidd
I played all the disney games =x lol
Street Fighter!!!!
Tazmania (I begged my parents for this one, lol)
Bubsy, omg I love that game I was mad when they released part 2 on super NES cause I never bought one. So I'd go over my best friends house and play it, i even beat the game one night. lol
King of fighters

Dreamcast!
Everything, thanks to the lovely boot disk I had soooo many games. It was all about SF for me though

Playstation:
I could go on and on bust a move (dance game, not the puzzle game), DDR, Street Fighter all of them, except SF alpha 3, I couldn't stand that one!!!) Street fighter 3, the entire series I live for (go ibuki!)
and of course FINAL FANTASY VII!!!!!! :)
FF9 was awesome too, couldn't stand 8 though
Crash bandicoot
Resident Evil (before 2 scared the crap out of me)
Silent hill (I had to watch it, didn't play cause I was so scared, but watched the entire friggin game. scarier then RE)
Guilty Gear (dizzy is my girl!!!)
etc, etc, etc, etc

Gamecube:
I bought it for animal crossing :) Spent way too much time playing that, mario sunshine too.

I need a new system, leaning towards a DS then an XBOX, but my friend is tryng to convince me to go the way of the Wii. (I was pretty blah with my gamecube though, so I'm not really feeling the Wii)

Uhh, ok I went on a tangent! =x lol

Oh, and I didn't even get into arcade games. :)

http://www.videogame...n/vectorman.gif

Sonic & Knuckles (Genesis)- i could never make it all the way through 1,2, and 3, but i can beat this one like six times in a row without even breaking a sweat.

Earthworm Jim (Genesis)

Bomberman Hero (N64)- the gameplay isn't anything mind-blowing, but the techno-cheese soundtrack is awesome. plus, it's bomberman.

Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64)- too funny.

Golden Sun (GameBoy)

Fire Emblem (GameBoy)

Kingdom Hearts (PS2)

Super Smash Bros. Melee (Gamecube)- when the new one comes out, me and my brothers are going to have a good old-fashioned multiplayer geekout frenzy.

Contra: Alien Wars (super nintendo): ahhhh, the good ol' days

Metal Gear Solid (Playstation): that game blew me away, plus it was so groundbreaking when it came out in 1998

RESIDENT EVIL 1 (Playstation): I was in 5th when this game came out, i remember being scared when it was bedtime. The music was just so creepy and frightening,

TONY HAWK 2 (Dreamcast version): I remember bustin out tricks and combos scoring a trillion points. Chad muska owned.

GRAND THEFT AUTO 3 (PLAYSTATION 2): i'M pretty sure everyone and their grandma has played this game. CLASSIC!!!

TEKKEN (PLAYSTATION): I'LL WHUP ANYONE ON THE ORIGiNAL TEKKEN.

BANJO KAZOOIE (N64): this game brings back memories.

GOLDENEYE (N64): This game was JACKPOT when it came out. One of the best MULTIPLAYER games that exist.

TWISTED METAL BLACK (PLAYSTATION 2): THE first game i got with my PS2 back in 2001. I like how the original creators took TMB back to the darkside.

((((( i have tons of other games i left out, but those are my favorites....... :D

You know, for some odd reason, Super Street Fighter on SNES just didn't feel right. I played the hell out of it though. Alpha was tight work. More characters are always great. The 3D "EX" and "EX plus Alpha" series was dope as hell. You just had to give it a chance. The game play was different, but it was a hot game a few years back. The Street Fighter 3 series was kinda hard to get into. The characters movement were more real world physics oriented. It felt like there was actually gravity in this game. What really did it for me was Street Fighter vs X-Men, Marvel vs Capcom 1 & 2. Capcom vs SNK 1,2, and Chaos was my SHIT. When everbody was into that Mortal Kombat stuff, Street Fighter was still #1 in my eyes.

Yo I had the most ghetto ass NES, it was missing the flap cover cuz it broke off and in addition to the blowing I had to jam two cassette tapes in the opening to hold the cartridge down and even then I was lucky if it worked for longer than five minutes.

Ah, memories...

Jaws - that mother-F would never die!
Metroid - I still think Rza sampled the music from Mother Brain's lair for Wu-tang's 7th Chamber Part 2 on Enter the Wu, listen to the sample and tell me I'm lying.
Karnov - who carries a ladder around with them anyways?
