MIx tapes should be free anyway in my opinion. And I purchased everything Madlib ever put out on wax and CD including the Mind Fusion joints. John Robinson actually expects people and wants people to download his shit. It's all about doing shows nowadays for underground artists unless you got a mad following like Madlib.

"All I know is shows - known to dismantle it." ...... John Robinson.

Check out Squeeze Radio here...

http://www.squeezeradio.podomatic.com/

... and check the 2/28/08 show. (my b-day) There is a build with John Robinson discussing the whole digital age, downloading and the death of vinyl. Shout outs to labels that still press vinyl.

Also, ya'll need to stop sleeping on Squeeze Radio. If interested I'll put you on to the site where you can download the show the next day cuz the podcast is a little delayed.

I don't know how it is in this case, but selling mixes with no tracklist, and very likely without any kind of permission from the original artists reminds me of something called piracy...
Don't get me wrong, I love listening to these mixes (and I buy them) and it's probably because getting the rights to include songs is a fucking hassle that they do it this way but - it is a bit shady.

i got copy today. comes in a cardboard sleeve, not a plastic cd case. no tracklisting on the back. the mix is fucking incredible. play time is 01:01'09. what can i say, it's like mind fusion: brasil lol. but it's hot man. ya should get this. surprised it wasn't advertised on here. i know, i know, mochilla isn't stonesthrow. but it's still madlib.

get this, asap

i got them all 2 days ago. the madlib mix is cool, just what i expected.
but i HIGHLY recommend the kutmah mix, that one is much doper. he mixes a whole bunch (52 tracks or something) of dirty instrumental beats,
sounds great. i heard stuff from dilla , samiyam, dibiase, flylo, all that kinda stuff. and allot of tracks from bk 5&6 too : ]

can't believe everyone is asking for a link to download.
Mochilla is a sweet little independent label and if people aren't ready to put 12 bucks on the table to purchase a madlib mix then it's fucked up-
These guys need support !!!
