What do you think are some underrated ST songs?

I think 'Heavy' - Jaylib is a great track.

Also I think MED is underrated.

I've never really understood the use of the word underrated..
I think the only time you could use it correctly would to be if you've been underrating something. And you don't notice that until you start liking it or whatever.

If underrated means "didn't sell much" most ST-stuff would be considered underrated since they don't sell much compared to all those top 10-albums, but are better according to a certain group of people..

You know what he means. Artists that are good but don't get the attention they deserve, compared to ST's most popular artists like Madlib and Dilla.

I think James Pants is pretty underrated. And maybe Charizma or somebody, I think a lot of people may be sleeping on him, or just aren't aware of him at all. That's about it though.

But how about ST's most overrated artists? YNQ would have to win that.

True.

ST is seemingly Madlib centric. He's handled tons of work and is responsible for so much attention for ST. Not saying that he's holding down the label, he def gets them that attention.

Anyhow..

a song that i can't get enough of:

Bailar ft J. Rawls - Aloe Blacc.

A fave of mine that I feel gets lost in the shuffle of Jaylib and other big ST records.

I think Charizma is the best rapper ever to be signed on Stones Throw.

Wildchild is in general underrated. He should get more attention. He is the best MC who ever was on the label and nearly didnt got any promotion.

I would say Peanut butter wolf. I think He has a LOT of dope shit, but you never hear anyone talking about him on here.

There is a reason he is the head of Stones throw.

I never see anyone mention the DJ Rels album. It was one of my favorites, actually.
