I just started getting into Kraftwerk, man those crazy Germans were way ahead of their time. I picked up Autobahn, Radio-Activity, and Trans-Europe Express w/ that Planet Rock sample. I fuckin love these guys. Can anyone recommend other albums of theirs, classic samples, or other similar style music?

Electric Café

–Plain an' simple! Other than that classic Musique Non Stop the album also contains some of the most classic old-head-beat-box-practice signature pieces »Boing Boom Tschak«

yes kraftwerk is dope...go look up "the model" video on youtube, and laugh your ass off. i love the song, but the video is funny because there is a guy beating on an electronic drum kit really gentle-like.

you mean 'Computer World' but I know what you meant.

My dad gave me a 'best of' tape of Kraftwerk in 1984 and I played that thing to death.

Kraftwerk is amazing.. I was lucky to see a reunion concert at Roskilde festival in 1998, completely mindblowing! All the albums are great, just make shure to get them in german.. I think the german language completes the sound universe..

There's another great musician pioneer in Europe called "YELLO" (Switzerland)
Listen to "Solid Pleasure" (1980), Claro Que Si (1981) "Essential Yello" (1992)

Yeah Kraftwerk is dope, my dad listened to them a bunch when I was real, real young so they've kinda been instilled in my brain for years.
