i'm not very familiar with these artists, although i do know of them...so i'm debating whether or not to hit the Denver show next week. for only $10, that sounds like a pretty good deal. what do you guys think, are any of you going to be catching any of these tour dates?

JF. First off I'm sorry you're not too familiar with these acts. Secondly, get familiar with all those acts asap! The Stepkids put out one of the best albums of 2011 with their self-titled debut. Myron & E are absolutely freaking incredible with that classic soul sound. And Dam-Funk is well...Dam-MOTHERFUCKING-Funk Ambassador of the Future Funk. ST doesn't do these kind of tours too often and we're lucky enough to live in a city where promoters know to book ST acts, not too many US cities are so lucky. And to top all of that off tickets are a measly $10!! If you don't make it to the show Tuesday night you should probably just go ahead and close your STMB account.

did you even read what i wrote? i said that I was debating whether I should catch the show at MY local venue...the question was whether or not this would be a good show to attend, not if KieranCrawford lived in the same city as me.

lol. all i'm saying is your post wasn't very helpful when the entire point of this thread was asking about the artist line-up for this tour, not asking you all personally if you'll be attending the show in Denver. they're going nationwide, i wasn't asking opinions about my local venue haha...but yeah, i forgot this was STMB so only 1/10 responses are gonna be valid and informative.

Holy Shit!!!!! Went to the ST Soul Show last night and I have to say a major THANK YOU to Wolf for bringing this roster of extraordinary acts to town on one bill. The Stepkids fucking murdered playing backup for Myron & E, it was like The Soul Investigators were in the building minus the horns. I talked to Myron after the set and he informed me that that was only the fourth time the two groups have played with each other; just goes to show how extremely talented The Stepkids are. Then The Stepkids did there own set which was full of showmanship with the guitar and bass player doing some awesome choreography. D-F killed it like always and swaggiejay mentioned he dropped three tracks of his production with Snoop Dogg rapping and one featuring Kurrupt. He said that 'December 2013' would be the release for this project. I ended up having to leave early because I go into to start making donuts at 1:00 am so I didn't get a chance to see PBW's set. Again, thanks to all the acts for throwing down last night and I can't wait for ST Soul Show Part 2!

I'm actually here now for the Salt Lake City stop. And excited as hell for it to start. Haven't seen ST since the Bounce Tour.
