I'm pretty sure Madlib ain't doing Dubstep...Not that I'm hating but it just ain't my cup of tampico. Dub reggae is too ill. If you got an bangin system then you can never get enough of that.

How come we cant here samples in the store?

Is it shit? Thats what they do with movies that suck anyway. But my thing is, Madlib Live from the Bomb Shelter Reggae mix is, mixed poorly but the songs are bananas, I would be hella interested in it. Who's heard it? Reviews, inks etc.

if it's a mix that's 1 track clockin in at 1 hour and 30 minutes i doubt we'll ever get samples. samples of a mix are redundant. you want samples of a mix made from songs not played in their entirety? silly.

& they didn't do this for med show 2 either

i was begging for samples 2 but that was before the vinyl was revealed to be a mistake.

i was hoping it was also.

been wanting lib to make a beat tape with reggae samples in it for so long.

cos in the bombshelter mix cd statement that when trojan gave the catalog he spent alot of time listening to the wax and then it went on to say madlib went to make beats and compose with YNQ so im thinking theres some reggae beats amongst all that bong cones.im sure of it.

ST give us Son Of Super Ape T Shirts or Posters please!!!

a Beat Konducta In Africa t shirt would be so so good too and Slave Riot!

id go with the Liger i dont mind..gold and red and black

merci

question though: is this mix gonna be one track, chunks like mms2, or is it gonna be individual tracks like blunted in the bomb shelter?

like medicine show 2. Madlib has done these ones somewhat randomly. The ID's on Blunted in the Bomb Shelter was done by the company that released it, Antidote, who shared the same parent company as the Trojan & Greensleeves tracks on the CD so that they could best list the artists & releases on the back of the CD.
