Knxwledge

this song

is sampled often although it never gets props for being a great a beat. here are two flips of it that i love.

[i was gonna post 'follow' by knxwledge from his 'klouds' album but there was no video of it]

and this

i also find it important to note that i recognize these as samples from bob james' nautilus but it is still my belief that the song 'orange tree' and 'follow' by lone and knxwledge respectively; flip the new edition track as opposed to bob james.

anybody else up on lone?

his album Klouds is sick, Enkounters and Kollective are too good

his first album (forget what its called) is cool, so is lemurian. everything else is kinda wack. especially now that hes making techno/house/whateverthefuck.

couldn't find a vid for pastry, but it's my favourite knxwledge beat.

What I like most is how he keeps sampling relevant, esp in the current synth-era

Lone's good too, if a little predictable at times

i like the newer lone better than the older lone. both are good.

His (Lone) project with Keaver & Brause under the name Kona Triangle is dope too.

I like Emerald Fantasy Tracks a lot, nice that he's doing something a little different without losing his sound...

MANGO EP, is solid as possible, but what's with the terrible quality? Does he do it purposely?

I haven't found his stuff to be overly lo-fi, even compared to a lot of what Madlib cranks out (not that I mind lo-fi)
