This needs to happen  . Totally forgot about Watts for some reason, that would be video of the year.

Wish I could find the link to an old article talking about how ST was one of higher DMCA people, which the article thought was noteworthy given how small the label is. It sounded like they have a team of people sitting around ST headquarters looking for stuff to shut down lol

PBW put the hits out on Pac and Biggie.

Quas was the triggerman.

LA Times broke that story like 12 years ago.

they should make that as the intro, and then have it fade into "Piñata" or "High"...

Stones Throw is going to make a video for every track on Pinata album. Then package it nicely in a Jeff Jank designed VHS tape.

2 - FG thinks Drake is the best rapper right now??????

I don't understand the hate for Ab Soul's verse in 'Lakers'.

I be feeling that shit and I don't even live in LA...

They should do a combo video of 'Lakers'/'Knicks' next. That would be dope.

My homie Vanderslice did some stuff with Freddie Gibbs. Either way I really love this MadGIbbs stuff. Such an unreal duo.

We can get MadGibbs 2 in less than a year but have to wait a decade or more for MV2 lol

(Doubt it's a full album, but that'd be badass)

Gibbs is gangster on his own, and yet Lord Quas is not.  How then does Gibbs + Quas = "very" Gangster?

That's a rhetorical question.  No need to reply.

what if Gibbs took shrooms and pitched his own voice up for a new alter ego?

and then what if that alter ego rapped on a full-length collaborative LP with Lord Quas?

now that would be very gangster.

I thought the remix was boring, def plan on grabbing the record for the extra beats and to complete my FG/Madlib collection. Can't wait to hear the beats

Your posts are such a bummer man...  I get sad just thinking about your completest collection of half-loved Gibbs records.

Anywho... Bronson rhymes Christopher Lloyd with Big Noyd, bitcoins, and "rosemary on the strip loin".  I find this the opposite of boring.

Is it just me... or does hearing the word "collection" make any one else want to slap the shit out of big dumb hoarder idiots?

Music is something you feel! Collectors don't feel the music it's just a possesion for them ✌️

This is forcing me to check Bronson out for the first time.

Dunno, people who collect music usually seem more interested in it vs casual listeners who don't bother to pay for anything they enjoy. Just my opinion anyway. The collection of these records totally worth it for Madlib alone, but the full record also solid on FG's end! The Lakers remix didn't really add much with the features imo.

Don't get me wrong I collect records too, but its all music I love listening to from front to back, If I buy something I'm not crazy about I sell it. I'm not about to hold on to a bunch of records I only like because of the dudes name on the cover.
